General Provisions
All forms of scientific content produced within the scope of community activities (such as presentations, reports, research outputs, event materials, videos, audio recordings, and similar works) are considered as outputs created through the collective participation of community members.
These works are prepared and utilized in accordance with the ethical principles and scientific standards of psychology.
Unless otherwise specified, the intellectual property rights of the produced content belong to the community and are protected in accordance with relevant university regulations.
Works produced within the scope of community activities may be used for educational, promotional, and scientific purposes in line with the objectives of the community. During such use, contributors are duly acknowledged.
The commercial use of produced content is subject to the approval of the university and the relevant individuals.
Individuals who make significant contributions to community activities may be recognized as content owners upon evaluation by the Executive Board. However, such individuals are obliged to act in accordance with the community’s objectives and ethical principles.
Community members may include their contributions in academic or personal portfolios; however, commercial use requires approval from the community.
Content produced as a result of community activities is shared through the community’s official communication channels (such as the website and social media accounts).
The management and supervision of shared content are carried out by the Academic Advisor and the Executive Board of the community.
All shared content must comply with the ethical principles of psychology, university regulations, and standards of academic integrity.
All sources used in the content must be properly cited, and copyright and attribution information must be clearly indicated.
Research and applications conducted within the community must adhere to ethical review standards and principles of scientific research.
The confidentiality of data obtained from participants is strictly protected and used solely for scientific purposes.
Data collected during research processes are stored and shared in accordance with relevant legislation and ethical guidelines.
Projects developed within the community may, when deemed appropriate, be carried out in collaboration with other academic units and communities; however, such collaborations are subject to the approval of the Executive Board and the Academic Advisor.
